IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our 40-year-old 501(c)(3) charity, the Asian American Coalition of Chicago, has always made best efforts to be in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.

At the February 18, 2023 day program forums and evening AACC dinner gala, we ask that all participants be mindful of the limitations placed upon our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Please refrain from any campaigning, including distributing campaign material, placing or funding ads from campaign funds in AACC’s souvenir program book. Lobbying for any candidate at the event to our attendees might also be perceived as an endorsement, which our charity cannot do.

This year there is no educational candidates’ forum.  Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to meeting you at AACC's 40th Anniversary Celebration!

Greetings!
